If you haven’t stopped by Bernina’s WeAllSew this week, then you may have missed my latest tutorial! My travel sized neck pillow project appeared on the site yesterday and is a perfect way to stay comfy during those long car rides. It’s a one-size-fits-all (it fits adults, but the kids take a much cuter photo), horseshoe shaped pillow with larger ends so that your head can easily rest when you nod off. Best of all? It sews up super fast so you’ll have more time to pack for your excursion!
This pattern can also be made into a spa wrap. Skip the stuffing and fill it with rice instead to make your pillow microwavable\freezable for hot\cold comfort. Pair this up with my sleep mask pattern and you have a great spa package!

I need one of these for my son who always sleeps in crazy awkward positions in the car! I repinned it on Pinterest from you, so hopefully it links to the pattern! 🙂

I am not able to open this file. I’m using an office suite & it says file unknown. I have tried in two different programs. Any tips?

It should be in a PDF file format – the best way to view those is with Adobe Reader (when it gives me the popup option to open it, I usually have to find it in my program list before it will display it). Hope that helps!
